Common baking ingredient substitutions

What if I don't have it and the stores are closed?!
 This is what you do:


 1 cup of brown sugar = 1/4 cup molasses & 1 cup white sugar



 
  1 cup or 2 sticks of butter = 1/2 tsp salt & 7/8 cup vegetable oil


 
1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup yogurt


 

1 cup self rising flour = 1 1/2 tsp baking powder & 7/8 cup all purpose flour


 

1 tsp cream of tartar = 2 tsp lemon juice




 

1 cup evaporated milk = 1 cup cream




 

1 cup corn syrup = 1/3 cup water & 1 1/4 cup white sugar



 

1 tsp lime juice = 1 tsp vinegar




 

1 cup molasses = 3/4 cup brown sugar & 1 tsp cream of tartar



 

1 cup yogurt = 1 cup sour cream





 1 cup heavy cream = 1/3 cup butter & 1/3 cup milk
