I have a daughter who loves to eat. I am always trying to find healthy eats and treats for her. There is a restaurant called Jeffers that serves up the most amazing watermelon slushes and my daughters both get one every time we go. Here is the recipe so you can make it at home. It only takes a few minutes to have this healthy oh so cool slush on a hot day.
Ingredients:
*5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
*1 cup ice
*2 Tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Blend all three ingredients until smooth
Serve immediately
Makes 4 servings
